ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of Supply Chain - Internal Secondary Supply Chain.
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
1. Support operational conduct of the business: Following production planning to ensure the distribution
2. Implementation and improvement of Supply Chain tools
Reports to: Area Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Manager
Reporting Level:
Internal – Marketing, SP&I, EM Supply Chain, Area and regional teams.
External – N/A
Geographic Scope: Area Level
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Support of weekly meeting with other stakeholders-
Analysis forecast deviation and report to SP&I and SC teams
In team 1:
-
Support the Supply Chain function by providing a flexible approach and by supplying accurate and timely information in relation to audits by external bodies.

Create & regularly maintain EAN for all categories and EM’s , ensuring they are accessible to all stakeholders
-
Obtain Safety data sheets for all products on sale and incoming NPI’s, ensuring they are accessible to all stakeholders
-
Run daily stock reports to analyse risk of incoming orders & escalate risks appropriately
-
Reporting KPIs/Dashboard in a format to present to internal/external stakeholders
-
Oversee Stock destruction process on a monthly basis, engaging with the 3PL and finance.

Demonstrate continuous improvement mind set and improve ways of working
In team 2:

Minimize Write off and NCLs quantity & values

Put in place tracker to follow and improve BAT activity
-
Benchmark of way of working and suggestion of improvement tools

Area SC Digitalization Agenda (Kinaxis, Power BI Dashboard, Reporting)

Area SC IWS Implementation

Area ESG Projects Support

Area DMS (Demand Management System) Meetings Support
