Workflow Engineer

Personalised Experiences & Communications
Location: London based, hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office.
Salary & Benefits: £71,577 to £79,530 base salary based on experience and grade, plus annual personal bonus, 15% employer pension contribution (when you put in 6%), private medical insurance, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays.

LBG Labs:

About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen to join the Marketing Technology team at a very exciting time. Our team brings together core marketing capabilities to connect our colleagues to customers.
We're currently delivering a workflow management solution called Workfront for Lloyds Banking Group. This role will own the configuration and integration of the Workfront system across a diverse set of marketing channels. The aim will be to work with marketers in the Chief Customer Office (CCO), risk colleagues, external developers and other SMEs to build a new automated way of delivering comms to customers.
Your primary role will be to ensure the success of Workfront customers by efficiently assessing, designing, implementing and configuring work management solutions using the Workfront platform.
This role requires a hands-on technical practitioner with a deep business process and integration consultative focus.
We're looking for an individual who loves a challenge, doesn't get fazed by jargon, likes working with a diverse set of people and can manage their time efficiently. In summary, you would be an essential part of our technology team.
We would be looking for the following skills/experience…
  • Proficient with Workfront Fusion Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) provider is desired
  • Partner with Architects, Product Owners and Project Managers to design and implement integrated solutions for the customer.
  • Lead Workfront development and follow standard operating procedure documentation to support technical delivery and integrations with 3rd party software
  • Resolve technical issues by confirming the validity of the problem and providing validated solutions
  • Provide post-deployment technical support for issues related to integrations
  • To assess integration needs/requirements, identify solutions, describe the integration process and capabilities.
  • Developing the integration solution (IPaaS orchestration, ETL configuration, etc.) and identifying necessary Workfront configuration to support the integration approach.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams in the Chief Customer Office (CCO) to balance the practicalities of marketing processes with a changing technology landscape.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
  • Experience implementing solutions in a SaaS-based environment and for enterprise systems of record (e.g., ERP, HCM/HRIS, SFA/CRM, etc.)
  • Experience working with 3rd party software integrations
