We have a passion for using technology to solve business problems, working in partnership with our clients to help in achieving their goals.Here's what your new role will look like:You will be responsible for infrastructure level (3rd Line) support and on-going maintenance across a range of enterprise environments.You will be involved in a range of Infrastructure projects from operational improvements to new service delivery solutions.You will have an opportunity to support a range of clients across Energy, Renewables and other sectors, deploying a variety of technologies.RequirementsHere are the key skills and experience relevant to this role:Expert knowledge of Windows Server Operating SystemsFamiliar with Linux Enterprise OSExperience with operating Microsoft Endpoint Configuration ManagerFamiliarity with Microsoft IntuneApplication packaging/deployment experience would be beneficialPowerShell scripting experienceAdministration of Nutanix AHV clusters is importantMicrosoft Azure administration experience, particularly IaaS, AVDExperience managing Active Directory and associated services (e.g. DNS/DHCP)Knowledge of Rubrik and Nasuni would be advantageous, but not criticalA quick learnerAbility to deliver on schedule in a fast paced environmentComfortable with dynamic (re)prioritisation of tasksComfortable delivering both BAU tasks as well as involvement in some project activitiesStrong team playerOccasional requirement to work out of hours -BenefitsAt Sword, our core values and culture are based on caring about our people, investing in training and career development and building inclusive teams where we are all encouraged to contribute to achieve success.We offer comprehensive benefits designed to support your professional development and enhance your overall quality of life.
