Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring all customers experience a smooth delivery process
- You will be responsible in answering telephone calls as well as responding to queries sent through the online support ticket system
- Ensuring all queries are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner
- Handle delivery complaints through various channels of communication
- Liaising with colleagues internally and delivery drivers to ensure an accurate ETA is provided to customers
- Booking customers in by sending confirmations through text and email
- Deliver exceptional customer service by truly listening and empathising with the customer, while also taking ownership
- Offer problem solving solutions and follow up with customers with a ‘can do attitude’
About you:
- Experience in customer service is a must
- Be empathetic and a problem solver
- Confident IT Skills - able to navigate through various computer systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Be able to communicate in a confident, clear and friendly manner
- The ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility towards working hours as overtime may be required on some days
- Positive attitude towards work
