We are looking for an Administrator to join our team and provide administrative support to our organisation.

We are a leading advisory business that offers expertise across the full spectrum of legal services including conveyancing, estate planning and private client services.
As a privately owned business we are part of a wider multidisciplinary group which has continued to grow year on year. With a friendly and successful environment, we are looking to welcome additional administrators into our team.
The Role:
This is an opportunity for a hard-working individual with excellent telephone manner and superb attention to detail to join our rapidly growing and high-impact entrepreneurial business with offices in Central London, Horsham, County Durham, and Scunthorpe.
Due to our ongoing success, we have an opportunity for an additional administrator to join our team in our Horsham office. This is an exciting role working within the Legal Services arm within a multidisciplinary professional services group which currently includes a National Chartered Accountancy firm, Legal practice, Financial Services practice and Business Advisory company. The group predominantly deals with a prestigious bank of high-net-worth clients
Specific Responsibilities of an Administrator
You will help to develop business relationships with new and current clients. You will work closely with the legal team to ensure the administrative function is as efficient and effective as possible. As such you will:
· Help maintain excellent client relationships through fantastic customer service and administrative skills.
· Respond to routine telephone and email requests, referring calls and correspondence to the appropriate team member.
Support all members of the legal team in dealing with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and mortgage lenders as required.
· Must be a team player who works towards achieving both team and personal Key Performance Indicators.
· To deliver a quality service to clients ensuring that updates are regularly provided to client as required.
· Deal with incoming and outgoing post for a busy legal team.

- The ability to be adaptable and flexible with the ability to work on your initiative as well as part of a team.
· Genuine desire to provide a high standard of work and a keen attention to detail.
· You are engaging and can connect with a wide array of audiences by phone and email
· Experience in dealing with high-net-worth individuals
· Organisation is key! You need to be organised to ensure that daily administrative duties and administrative related projects are completed. Planning and multi-tasking skills are essential.
· You will need to demonstrate a passion for providing excellent Customer Service, going above and beyond expectations and developing professional working relationships with clients and your team.
· A high level of IT Proficiency in Microsoft office programmes is beneficial. Training in additional systems, such as LEAP, will be provided.
· English G.C.S.E or equivalent, Grade 5 or above.
