Hyde is looking to recruit a Real Estate Investment Analyst.

As a Real Estate Investment Analyst at Hyde you will be working within the Stakeholder and Investment Relations division to provide financial analysis of proposed investments in affordable homes for the business.
Responsibilities

Financial analysis and holistic appraisal of proposed investments in affordable homes with regards to financial performance, social and environmental impact.

Providing recommendations based on findings to investment committees and boards of co-investment vehicles.

Transaction execution support – including financial modelling, due diligence, and execution processes.

Liaising with key internal teams, including Development / COO Office / Portfolio Management / Development Finance / FP&A / Financial Reporting / General Counsel Office / Risk & Governance

Supporting ESG and impact reporting

Monitoring of financial, social and environmental outcomes on existing portfolio investments to support related reporting for Hyde, lenders and investors.

Assisting senior team members with research projects, continuing systems development, investor relations, capital raising initiatives.
Skills and Experience Required
- A minimum of 3 years experience in an analyst role or similar

Enthusiasm for housing, planning and development or/and property investment is desirable.
- Strong data analysis and modelling skills

Advanced experience in Excel and Word

Knowledge of Argus and/or Power BI desirable but not essential.
