Your primary role will involve setting rehabilitation goals, participating in clinical reviews, and managing a small caseload of rehab consumers. You will provide expert consultation regarding rehabilitation participation and offer clinical management in a community setting.Your expertise in rehabilitation and OT will be invaluable as you provide guidance and support to both inpatient and community teams. In collaboration with our Multidisciplinary team (MTD), you will develop personalised rehabilitation schedules that incorporate diverse activities designed to promote independence.You will be responsible for executing intervention plans with designated consumers. These plans will include daily living and community access programs, all aimed at helping consumers achieve their care plan objectives.About the location:Located in Taree, you'll enjoy stunning beaches, rivers, and national parks, along with a supportive community.
