WORKWEAR ADMINISTRATOR- FULL-TIME – Normanton
Position and Job Overview:
Working with the established team at Wakefield, with responsibility for interacting with Workwear & PPE customers on a daily basis.
- Demonstrate exemplary customer relations with all customers via various channels, specifically on the phone and email
- Effectively and accurately undertake the processing of sales orders
- Be fully responsible for the day-to-day management of the Workwear Department’s backorder report
- Promptly and effectively communicate any backorders with the sales team
- Setting up product codes
- Prepare Workwear quotations
- Assist with the returns procedure when required
- Responsible for all incoming calls to the Workwear department
