• Acting in accordance with quality control testing processes and procedures at all times.
• Performing quality control testing in line with the defined sampling approach and methodology.
• Completion of quality control testing activity to the highest quality, whilst achieving productivity targets.
• Applying appropriate judgement in assessing the outcomes of customers and whether this constitutes fair treatment.
• Completion of a defined testing checklist, which provides a clear view on the customer outcome and any associated root causes.
• Participation in team calibration and/or levelling sessions to promote consistency of QC checking activity.
• Engaging with feedback from analyst monitoring activity undertaken by QC Manager and/or 2LoD teams and actively addressing any developmental areas identified.
• Completing any required remedial actions in line with defined SLA’s.
• Escalation of appropriate matters to QC Manager.
• Driving continuous improvement by highlighting any inefficiencies and assisting with the design of effective solutions.
• Acting in accordance with the defined training and competency scheme, including the completion of mandatory training and CPD activity.
