Roho Ice Cream, an established and innovative Australian dairy and gluten free ice cream brand is expanding to the UK!
Roho is revolutionising plant-based desserts. Notably boujee, surprisingly guilt-free, our unique and playful flavour combinations are made using only the finest organic and whole foods ingredients so our customers can feel as good as our products taste.
Founded as scoop ice cream shops in Perth Western Australia, Roho has created a range based on over 5 years of collaboration with our customers. We have launched our favourited products into retailers across Perth so our decadent dessert experiences can become the norm, not the niche.
We are now looking to expand our business to the UK and recruiting our team to be a part of this launch.
Roho is an independent, female owned and operated business.

- Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches
- Scoop Ice Cream
- Ice Cream Cakes
- Ice Cream filled Easter Eggs
- Cookies
The role:
- Experienced pastry chef with a passion for playful flavour combinations and preferably an interest and experience in alternative ingredients accomodating gluten free and vegan dietary requirements.
- Baking, Cake decorating, ice cream making
- Experience making ice cream from raw ingredients is essential. Experience with dairy free ice cream is highly regarded but not essential.
- Monday-Friday within a commercial kitchen space within London TBC

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Salary: £10.00-£11.64 per hour

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Ice Cream Making: 2 years (required)
- Cake decorating: 2 years (preferred)
- vegan and gluten free pastry: 1 year (preferred)
