The Paid Social Marketing Executive is responsible for assisting in the planning, delivery, execution and reporting of all Paid Social activity (alongside providing general support to the team). Provide weekly reports, analyse, and report on performance. Take a proactive approach and assist team members in other areas as required. A key to this role is expert understanding of The White Company brand values as well as excellent communication skills.
Channel Activity
- Accountable for coordination and implementation of all Paid Social activity.
- Maintain Paid Social agency & partnership relationships across key Social platforms, including with Meta, Pinterest & Tik Tok with regular contact and feedback
- Ensure timely briefing of campaign launches, sales, and any seasonal events across all departments and the agency ensuring creative and copy are on brand
- Research and develop new ideas and keep up to date with other new paid social marketing opportunities
- Work closely with the CRM & Performance marketing team and maintain key relationships with the wider marketing, trading, press, and creative teams
- Working collaboratively with our agency and be one of the day-to-day contacts
- Working directly with the social channels to ensure we are at the forefront of innovation
- Provide daily and weekly reporting on key metrics and provide summary
- Daily pulse checks on key KPIs including coverage, demand, traffic, reach, conversion and spends
- Approve all Paid Social content with the agency before go-live , and competently and eloquently communicate key creative brand values to external parties.
Commercial Awareness
- Always keep abreast of competitor activity, online, in social arena, and on High Street
- Being an expert on social trends, championing social throughout the wider team and educating on it’s capabilities
- Regularly attend stores to maintain knowledge of retail strategy and develop knowledge of key products throughout the calendar year
- Have good knowledge of the customer journey on site and as well as onsite technical suites
- Attend specific industry events and courses to ensure channels are working to best capacity with the optimal tools to enable this
Reporting and Analysis
- Support Affiliates & Paid Social Assistant Manager with a full and concise overview on the week’s activity
- Provide further ad hoc reporting
