This is a home based Role on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
This role is flexible and we’re comfortable for a part time role initially and should it be needed to increase up to full time as projects develop.

For almost 75 years we have worked directly with disabled people to give freedom to live their lives the way they choose. Today our 4,000 staff provide social care services support to help over 2000 disabled people across the UK.
There’s a lot of great business improvement work happening in Leonard Cheshire much of it we’re supporting in the People Directorate. We’re looking for a proactive individual to support the Head of HR Shared Services to co-ordinate and align various projects to bring them to implementation and provide post implementation support.
We need someone who understands HR and Payroll processes and systems and can identify and understand the interdependencies of relevant projects/initiatives and represent the function to ensure impact, activity, process and workflow are co-ordinated working with relevant Team Managers and project groups to support activity.
