- COSHH management
- Staffing Rotas
- Menu building and development
- Stock Ordering

- Keeping in line with spend budgets
- Staff training & development
More about the role:
You will prepare evening meals for a group of students Monday to Thursday and then a brunch and evening meal on a Sunday.

Our ideal House Cook will have experience in a similar role, enjoy using fresh produce and the ability to work alone with support of a Catering Assistant during food service times. Self motivated, passionate about creating excellent food.
