The starting salary for a Trainee is £27,300, increasing to £29,900 after you have passed your probation period. If you are experienced, the salary ranges from £29-£35,000 depending on qualifications, plus bonus and referral fees.

Elite Appointments are working in partnership with this employer of choice to recruit for either a registered HAD or HCA or will train an individual with commercial sales experience gained from another sector with an interest in joining the Audiology Sector.
You will be working out of various branches in the Bedford, Northampton, Cambridge, Peterborough and Corby area and providing a range of audiology services and referring customers to the Audiologist for a hearing test.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting wax removal
- Fitting hearing aids
- Puretone audiometry testing
- Full patient support
- Liaising with GPs to gain referrals
- Contacting companies to promote the services offered
You need to have:
- The ability to attend an overnight residential training course
- Experience as a Phlebotomist, HCA in a Drs Surgery, Dental Nurse, Optical Assistant, Vaccinator, Mobile Beauty Therapist or similar clinical background or already be experienced in wax removal
- Registered HAD, HCA, or suitably accredited aural care professional (not essential)
- A well-planned and structured approach to workload.
- You will be a member or be prepared to become a member of BSHAA
- Hold a current driving licence
- Good IT skills
