As a Junior Account Manager / Junior Campaign Manager, you will report directly to the Account Manager leading the accounts.
To succeed in this role, you should have a good eye for detail, be well organised & have an analytical mind.
As a Junior Account Manager / Junior Campaign Manager, you will be:
- Managing Google Ads (including Paid Search, Display & YouTube) and Paid Social campaigns
- Set-up the different campaigns across various platforms, included but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and Bing.
- Follow Labelium’s methodology & implement search and social best practices throughout current accounts
- Optimise on an ongoing basis your campaigns to ensure overall performance of the campaign
- Ensure good account health & address any account / performance issues
- Create reporting & insights for each campaign: configuring client report dashboards, running and extracting database and campaign performance reports for clients and compiling monthly reports with Google Data Studio.
- Assist in the preparation of the Quarterly Business Reviews with each client
- Working closely with the Account Managers to
- understand and support their business needs and strategy of the department.
- develop a deep understanding of the clients’ brands, products & services, and market.
- build automated customer journeys based on client briefs.
- support on client queries: researching and troubleshooting client queries and supporting the client and providing reactive and proactive assistance, as well as handling each client's needs on a daily basis.
This campaigns may run across a range of different industries and platforms, based on the team’s portfolio
What skills are needed for this role?
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, time management skills, reliable, highly organised, autonomous, resourceful and proactive.
- Ability to prioritise under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills: Advanced MS Excel (databases, pivot tables, tables, graphs, reports), PowerPoint & MS Word
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Deadline-driven and client facing experience.
What experience is needed for this role?
- Previous digital marketing experience in paid search or paid social at least 18 months, client side or agency side
- Basic accreditations on Google Ads & Meta
- Experience with at least one platform (preferably Google)
- Experience with Google Analytics, or other analytics platforms

Salary: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
