The POP is dedicated to building exceptional relationships with both new and existing pharmacy partners to enhance our pharmacy distribution channels.Cultivate strong relationships: Build and maintain exceptional relationships with new and existing pharmacy partners, fostering collaboration and trust.Optimise pharmacy operations: Manage core pharmacy workflows and drive operational excellence through process optimization with pharmacy partnersNew pharmacy rollouts: Coordinate pharmacy staff training, including initial orientation and ongoing development to ensure seamless integration.Monitor service level agreements: Hold partner pharmacies accountable for meeting Montu's service level agreements, ensuring high-quality standards.Understand partner needs: Develop a thorough understanding of partners' needs and requirements to maximise their outputs and align strategies accordingly.Conduct onsite visits: Visit partner pharmacies within your state/portfolio or as required on a fortnightly basis to strengthen relationships and provide support.Document pharmacy workflows: Continuously document and update pharmacy workflows and processes for transparency and operational improvements.Drive compliance improvements: Identify areas for compliance improvements and work with relevant stakeholders to implement effective solutions.Optimise order allocation: Ensure optimum allocation of orders and stock to partner pharmacies to maintain efficient inventory management.Manage prescription medication inventory: Monitor and manage inventory levels of prescription medications to ensure availability across all pharmacy partners.Maintain pharmacy dashboards: Develop and maintain pharmacy dashboards to track and enhance pharmacy productivity.Support ad-hoc requests: Provide support and address ad-hoc requests from pharmacy partners, your Manager or Montu as required.QualificationsAbility to work collaboratively as part of a team and promote cooperation.Strong project management skills, including implementing new programs and processes.Excellent interpersonal skills to handle internal and external issues calmly, positively, and professionally.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and handle challenging situations, deadlines and ambiguity appropriately.Strong mathematical and analytical skills.Ability to manage frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and schedule.Additional InformationYou’ll be joining a highly motivated, agile team where your ideas and work will directly influence the direction and progress of an expanding global company in a hyper-growth phase.
