We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience of delivering a first-class, person centric service to join our newly created Customer Care Team. This role is offered on a 36.25hr permanent basis, working from home with regular visits to our Rushden and Boston offices.
You will need to be a passionate individual to join our Customer Care team, continuously delivering a heartfelt service you will help develop a culture that goes hand in hand with our Group vision and values.
Demonstrating our goal of delivering a ‘heartfelt service’, you will truly ‘own it’ by developing individuals and being motivational to drive forward customer service excellence over the coming weeks, months, and years.
Leading your team of advisors, you’ll collaborate with the Contact Centre Manager, building strong relationships with colleagues and supporting their successful development.
As a ‘fun but fair’ leader, you will know how to bring the best out of the team whilst also working across our other areas of operation to ensure a ‘One Team, One Vision’ ethos is achieved.
