Established in 2004, Hunter Dunning is a successful specialist recruitment consultancy, working across all areas of the property sector. The business has plans for substantial growth in the coming years and is now looking to recruit a bright, motivated and hard-working individual with previous recruitment experience, to join our expanding interiors team.
The successful candidate will benefit from a hot desk with plenty of opportunity to expand it across the UK. We will consider applicants on a full-time or part-time basis (24 hours/week). There is also an opportunity to join as a Senior Consultant, dependent on the level and relevance of your previous experience.
- Business development; Identifying and acting on new business opportunities
- Communicating with clients and candidates by phone and email
- Coordinating interviews, offers and placements using our in-house database and admin processes
- Maintaining and developing client relationships
- Organising and assisting meetings with candidates and clients
- Quarterly trips to our Head Office in West Sussex.
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a recruitment role, ideally within the design or construction industry
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- Motivation to succeed in a target-driven environment
- The ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team
- Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet.
- Salary of £23,000 – £32,000 DOE (inclusive of car allowance) – Pro-rata for part-time applicants
