Titan Stretchfilm Ltd is an established company working in the packaging sector. We require a part time Sales Administrator for an important role within our organisation. The right candidate must be reliable, have a positive and hardworking attitude with great customer service skills. You will be expected to work a small team based in our Mansfield office.
Main responsibilities:
Dealing with day to day telephone/email enquiries in a timely manner.
Processing and inputting of sales orders & generating invoices
Producing quotations
Liaising and placing orders with suppliers
Making sales calls to existing & new customers
Arranging transportation of goods
Ideal qualifications, skills and experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Previous sales / purchasing experience
Professional and warm telephone manner
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work alone and in a team
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £11.00-£11.50 per hour
