Job Description

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ a Service Advisor to join our KIA dealership in Milton Keynes. Using your fantastic customer experience skills, you will keep the customer informed and consultant on their vehicles serving, answering any questions or queries they may have. This is a full-time permanent position, Monday – Friday with Saturday’s AM on a Rota Basis with a basic salary of £26,000 and an OTE of £30,800+ and will report to the Aftersales Manager.

Do I need experience?

No! Whilst we welcome applications from those with a background in an automotive service advisor role, we understand that everyone started without experience at some point, so we relish applications from people looking to begin their automotive career with us. The key attributes and skills we look for in candidates are:

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • A background in customer service
  • Experience using computer software systems

Key Responsibilities and Duties

As a service advisor you will be expected to be the face and voice of the whole customer experience from the minute a booking is made to when the customer returns to collect their vehicle. After relevant training and ongoing support, you will be expected to:

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly
  • Achieving set performance targets by upselling products
  • Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines
  • Booking vehicles into the workshop
