Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Northampton
Salary: £20,000-£23,000 basic + OTE £38,000
Office hours: Monday – Friday (Mon – Thurs 8:45am – 5pm, Fri 8:45am – 3:45pm)
The Role:
An outstanding opportunity to join a large professional award winning Telecoms provider who are looking for an experienced B2B Telemarketing Executive to join their new team based at their expanding new call centre offices in Northampton.
You’ll be responsible for talking to SME’s and converting those calls into quality appointments for the field sales team to visit. You’ll thrive on working in a fast paced, dynamic telesales environment with a passion for delivering the best service and listening to the needs of your customer. Working as part of a team means everyone has to pull their weight and work together to achieve the targets and deadlines. You’ll therefore need to be highly self-motivated, target driven, a desire to earn good money, a real team player and have the resilience to work under pressure.
The Candidate:
- B2B Telesales/Telemarketing/Lead Generation background
- Structured sales approach with strong objection handling skills
- Excellent communication skills, confident with open questioning
- Team player with ability to shine as an individual
