The Role

The roles we offer vary across our teams and you’ll get the opportunity to work across the following business areas:

  • Technical Customer Support: You will work with customers to support and optimize the Egress products to a high standard to achieve the best customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores. You’ll be a critical problem solver working collaboratively with various internal Egress teams to ensure that technical challenges are handled quickly and appropriately.
  • Post Sales Engineer: You will directly support our sales teams with technical engagements, presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts. You will establish strong customer relationships, becoming their trusted advisor and able to match business requirements to technical solutions.
  • IT Operations: You will oversee the monitoring and maintenance of our on-prem and cloud infrastructure, addressing issues and implementing repairs or upgrades. Additionally, you will monitor security threats, implement measures to safeguard against vulnerabilities, ensure compliance with data security regulations, and provide ongoing support for various services, including video conferencing, cloud telephony, and MS Office365. Your role will involve continuous evaluation and improvement of our IT operations' efficiency.
  • Site Reliability Engineering: You will support development teams in configuring applications for development. Quality assurance will be a key focus as well, as you ensure that operational initiatives are built with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality solutions and supporting our platform.
