Job Description
Our client are looking for an experienced Telephone Customer Service Advisor.
working either 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Flexibility to work weekends, with notice, at time and a half pay rate.
You will be experienced on incoming and outgoing calls, dealing with the public and internal colleagues within a busy team.
The experience preference is telephone customer service not Retail or Food customer service backgrounds.
You will be responsible for booking appointments with the public to arrange collection and delivery of products so a professionally telephone manner is essential.
There are various admin procedures to support the telephone role so great organisational skills are also required.
The position is a 6 month contract to begin with.
You will be required to submit for a Data and Barring Certificate (via the client) before work commenced. This usually takes around 5 to 8 days to receive back.
