We are able to produce very high-quality cans in 15cl, 25cl, 33cl, 44cl and 50cl sizes (other size cans are made within Can Pack Group).We offer:· Pay rate commensurate with experience· Generous bonus scheme of 10% of your quarterly earnings· Shift allowance of £2.00 per hour (inc. in salary)· Overtime is paid at time and a half· Holiday Pay Enhanced· Ambitious projects in a fast-paced international environment· Great and friendly culture and work environment· Referral Programme with a bonus payment of £350 gross per occasion· Pension scheme with 4% being matched· Free onsite parking· Free uniformThis position is working on a rotating shift pattern 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am.Purpose of the positionElectrical maintenance, improvement, and installation of production machinery and ancillary devicesMain duties of the job includes:Reactive maintenance of machineryParticipation in preventative / predictive maintenance programsPerforming installation works of new equipment.Record daily activities and give detailed handovers to next shift and supervisorPerforming improvements on the production linesCo-operating with technical and production departments.Keeping technical documentation up to date, electrical schematics, parts information etc..Participate in implementation of WCM practices or other CPUK systemsComply with all Health & Safety regulations, guidelines, procedures and policies.
