SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER
Salary: up to £65,000 per annum + bonus and benefits.
Contract Length: Permanent.
Hours: Full time, 35 hrs per week.
There is flexibility around how these hours are worked and LINK offers flexible working options.
Location: Hybrid Working, with a minimum of one day a week in the Head Office located in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

What does the role involve?
· You will report directly to the Head of Operations and be responsible for the delivery of the day-to-day Operational Services activities to maintain performance of the LINK Network.
· Manage the Operational Services department business as usual activities, providing leadership, guidance and support to ensure effective operational delivery.
· Responsible for the business as usual operational relationship with the Infrastructure Services Provider.
· Provide oversight of the supplier management relationship and be responsible for the operational relationship with LINKs website and mobile application service provider.
· Responsible for leading on operational incident management and Change Management.
· Provide operational and Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in support of LINKs annual Release Programme and other projects as applicable.
· Responsible for the provision of support to all related operational queries from Network Members.
· Operationally support the onboarding and off-boarding of Network Members as per the Schemes established processes.
· Provide oversight on the analysis and performance review of the Infrastructure Service Provider and contribute to annual performance reviews.
· Support the Head of Operations in all operational fraud related activities.
· Build and maintain excellent relationships across Regulators, Network Members and Service Providers to ensure operational and Governance obligations are delivered.
What will I need to know?
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 10 years experience in Service Operations Management within a Financial Systems Environment. You will have strong leadership and team management capabilities on top of outstanding organisational and communication skills. Experience of data analysis and incident management is essential, along with experience of writing high quality business and technical documentation and processes.
