The Role
This role will sit in the B&C Underwriting Operations Team.
Based in London, the Technical Department currently has a team of 18 employees. Within the Technical Department, the Underwriting Operations Team has 7 employees.
Your job
Responsibilities
- Ensuring prompt distribution/mailing of US Certificates/Endorsements
- Timely input of relevant accounting info on individual risks onto in-house insurance systems
- Maintaining accurate records by data entry on Brokers Risk Analysis
- Awareness of FCA rules pertinent to this role
- To abide by the policies and procedures of Bell & Clements Ltd.
Your profile
Key Skills and Experience
- Good standard of literacy, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility and ability to meet deadlines.
- MS Office skills essential, knowledge of insurance/broking systems desirable.
- General office experience and/or specific exposure to the insurance industry would be an advantage.

- This position is offered on a Fixed Term Contract basis (6 – 9 months)
- Annual salary will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
