Reporting to the Dispensing Retail EMEA Commercial Director, the Regional Sales Leader for the Northern Region will define the local business strategy in alignment with EMEA regional strategy and deliver tactical execution of the sales plans.
This position includes approx. 50% travel within the sales territory.

P&L responsibility for the Northern region.

Leading the team to achieve successful sales performance.

Performing and exemplifying people and performance management as well as building a bench strength of talent that will contribute to the ongoing success of the business.

Building relationships with key strategic customers.

Organizing and leading monthly and quarterly business reviews (QBR) with sales representatives.

Contributing to the activities of the EMEA DR Sales Leadership team.

Developing an annual business plan, including the financial and strategic objectives and resources required (P&L).

Active participation in trade shows taking place within the region.
You are an experienced sales leader with at least 5 years of experience selling large CAPEX equipment ideally to healthcare organisations, retail pharmacies or a related sectors.
