This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours, on any 5 of 7 on a rotating shift of 06:00-14:00,
and 14:00-22:00

What you’ll do on a typical day:

Responsible for ensuring that the site automation keeps running with minimal downtime.
- Complying with the site recovery procedures for automation whilst also ensuring all consumables are topped up.
- Working alongside the Swiss log engineers escalating any mechanical or electrical issues during operations.

Adhering to site policy and procedures whilst maintaining efficient operations
What you need to succeed at GXO:

Understanding of automation and aptitude to learn

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Experience of working in a complex, fast-moving environment

Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages

Strong visual awareness (hazard spotting skills)

Analytical with good problem-solving skills
