Salary: Senior PWP, £33,706 pro rata (NHS Band 6, point 1)

Are you looking for a supportive team, in which to learn and develop as a practitioner?
Do you have a keen interest in mental health & wish to gain further knowledge in the area?
This role will be based within Talking Therapies Manchester, which is an NHS Step 2 IAPT provider.
You will work alongside other PWPs, Assistant PWPs and Counsellors, within a stepped care model to provide a range of NICE approved low intensity interventions for common mental health problems. Treatment will be delivered through a range of modalities including face-to-face work, telephone therapy, eTherapy and facilitating structured workshops. You will also case manage a team of Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners.
Successful candidates will be skilled in delivering low intensity therapy, with the ability to organise and prioritise their own workload, and will have successfully completed an approved IAPT PWP Post Graduate Certificate, be up to date with PWP registration requirements, and have 1+ years’ experience working as a qualified PWP.
