Senior Product Manager – Invoice financingPermanent Full Time OpportunitySee yourself in the teamThe BL Product team support businesses to invest and grow, and fuel Australia’s economic growth, by providing market leading products and solutions to customers and relationship teams within CBA’s Business Bank. BL products range from high volume / low complexity offerings through to low volume / high complexity offerings.Your team supports Business Bank’s newly launched Stream Working Capital solution. The team’s purpose is to unleash the power of our customers’ balance sheets through driving sustainable growth, transformative change and improved customer experience.Do work that mattersAs part of the Stream squad within the Working Capital Crew, you will be accountable for leading strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing product growth and risk buy down activities, dedicated to the Stream Working Capital product (Invoice financing). You will be responsible for day-to-day management of product operations ensuring a seamless customer experience and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in invoice financing combining deep industry knowledge with a strategic mindset to drive product performance and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Using your experience and industry knowledge to strategically inform and deliver on the product roadmap.Supporting customer enquiries and uplifting capability of frontline teams to ensure a seamless user experience.Deliver strategic projects to meet Stream customer needs.Deliver changes quickly and safely to frontline and customers.Work effectively across the Crew and engage with all areas across the business as both an SME and approval point for all changes.Proactively identify and manage associated risks.Thrive in a fast-paced environment including juggling a number of changing priorities.We want to hear from you if you have3+ years of invoice financing experience and deep industry knowledge.Experience in streamlining processes and delivering process improvements.Strong knowledge of key lending and risk principles and concepts.Demonstrated successful change agent with bias to challenge status quo.Strong commercial acumen and the ability to prioritise effectively.A passion for delivering great outcomes for our customers.Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to deliver updates to leadership and governance forums.Strong stakeholder engagement and management capabilities.
