Will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.

Shape solutions within Oracle Cloud based on key client requirements following Agile methodology.

Will gather requirements, run workshops, come up with design solutions, configure modules and system test, support business testing, identify workarounds and solutions for business challenges.
- Must work closely with other workstreams that feed into Core HR - interfaces, reports, other modules such as Talent, Recruit, Learn as well as data migration.
- Will be encouraged to get involved with Practice events and activities which help maintain a cohesive and connected team.

Will work closely with clients to offer expertise and provide guidance on good practices for successful delivery.
- Will help support our customers through every step of their Cloud journey, so you should be customer focused with strong documentation skills and able to work independently and unsupervised.
At IBM, we have a fantastic Oracle HCM Practice, where we have delivered multiple First of a Kind implementations. You will lead the implementation for Cloud HR using your in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and solution expertise to ensure a successful project delivery. This will include process design, product configuration & demo, functional design and testing from unit testing through to UAT.

Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR SME knowledge

Experience of 2 Core HR HCM Cloud implementations through entire project lifecycle including the following phases: requirements, fit/gap analysis, solution design, SIT, UAT, training and deployment.
- Hands-on configuration experience in delivering the Cloud HCM modules including HR, self-service, onboarding, workflow, and security and be able to drive requirements gathering in all these areas.
- In-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate optimum packaged solution into the clients' business environment in order to achieve client expected business results.
