We've built a fast-paced, energetic, and innovative environment that is dedicated to bringing the best solutions to customers.Job DescriptionWe require a junior Legal Counsel to work across Teya Legal team, with a particular focus on employment and commercial legal work. Responsibilities would include:Working with senior members of the legal team to provide day-to-day advice to the Teya business on a broad range of issues, but with a particular focus on employment, commercial and corporate law matters.Assisting with a variety of employment matters, including implementation and administration of the Company's employee incentive schemes, recruitment, disciplinary and grievance matters, and employment tribunal proceedings.Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements to support the wider business.Liaising with local counsel and local teams within the Teya network.Supporting with building and improving processes in the team and how it works with the business.Assisting with training stakeholders and leaders in respect of legal issues and best practice.As Teya continues its rapid growth trajectory, we are faced with new demands on a daily basis.
