Contract: Full-time, Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week

Cambridge Econometrics have an exciting opportunity for a talented Human Resources Assistant to join our growing team. Delivering best practice HR services to our global offices this role offers exposure to a range of generalist responsibilities in an organisation committed to professional growth and development.

Cambridge Econometrics (CE) is a leading independent economics consultancy, and listed by the Financial Times as a top Management Consultancy. Our analysis and insights are used by clients around the world to inform policy decisions about pressing challenges faced by society. The CE Group employs over 50 people at our companies in Cambridge (UK), Brussels, Budapest and Northampton (US). We provide economic and policy research in areas that we are interested in and that make a difference to people.

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Human Resources Assistant interested in developing their career in the profession to join our Group Shared Services team. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you’ll be part of the team responsible for the operational delivery of human resources across the CE Group, covering a range of areas including recruitment, induction, benefits, training and development and HR administration. This role also offers the opportunity to undertake supported HR project work.

Your responsibilities will include:

Recruitment and selection

Induction and departure

Human Resources administration

Benefits administration

Training and development
