It’s a hugely exciting time to join the team, after significant revenue growth over the last three years. Customers are spending more (up 20% per customer) with wider stock variety a key contributor but there are many untapped audiences that the business need to engage in order to get closer to their long-term ambitions to double current revenue growth within the next three years. Now embarking on a new phase that will leverage their online community of loyal customers whilst developing a multi-channel approach that will increase engagement and conversion amongst a new and attainable audience.
You’ll be an experienced marketeer in the Digital space that has worked across the whole digital spectrum and has experience in setting the Digital strategy to complement the wider marketing strategy. Ideally, your experience will be in the DTC market and any FMCG or Consumer Durables experience will be a bonus.

The role will be a varied one with responsibility for executing the digital strategy for our brand across multiple channels all under your wings. Key to the role will be developing and executing a business-critical SEO strategy, including keyword research, technical optimisation, and content strategy.
You’ll be an innovative and creative thinker, not afraid to challenge the norm and push the status quo to continue to drive conversion rates across platforms. You have a very impressive brand to work with, and the resources will be there to utilise its potential. Key to their already impressive brand identity, is a simple UX, making them functional, helpful and aesthetic. It will be your job to maintain and improve this where possible by always seeking to challenge what is working and what can be done better.
You’ll have the chance to work with a wide range of our affiliate partners and our range of publishers to bring our brand to life. You’ll be managing all paid Search& Social campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and campaign optimisation.
We already have a loyal customer base but ensuring that our SEO strategy is funnelling more customers to keep coming back is critical to the success of this role and the ongoing growth of the business.
Alongside a sharp eye for detail and an understanding of what makes our customers tick, you will be able to call on your proven track record in a performance marketing or similar digital marketing role. Monitoring and analysing website traffic and user behaviour, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimisation will be key to your ongoing success.
Experience managing SEO, SEM, Paid Search, Paid Social and Website performance as well as working with a Shopify platform, GA4, SEM Rush and other reporting tools will be essential to your success.
If you’ve managed Paid Marketing campaigns across; Google, Meta, Bing and Youtube it will certainly help to hit the ground running. An understanding of CRO and the importance of UX as well as knowledge and experience of affiliate marketing will be essential.
