Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager at our Niagara Falls location, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing traffic and conversion strategies, developing and maintaining key e-commerce accounts, handling account administration, and conducting reporting and analysis.If you are someone that likes a challenge and are continuously striving for excellence, then this is the perfect opportunity for you! What We Offer:Team events50% off on CWD brandsKey Responsibilities:Account AdministrationMaintain and update product listings on marketplace portalsInvestigate and resolve discrepancies between internal ERP systems and external marketplace portalsManage case resolution for e-commerce accountsEnsure smooth integration between internal and external systemsImplement strategic revisions to improve account performanceProvide insights and recommendations for enhancing business performanceTraffic and Conversion StrategiesSchedule and execute promotions to drive traffic and salesCollaborate with agency to manage pay-per-click advertising across sales channelsSet up and launch new products on e-commerce marketplacesAccount DevelopmentDevelop and grow business relationships with e-commerce marketplace partnersAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsCreate and implement yearly sales and marketing plansCollaborate with account managers to explore business growth opportunitiesReporting and AnalysisPrepare reports on sales and expendituresAnalyze sales performance versus forecastsEvaluate promotional activities and develop actionable plansOtherCollaborate with the E-Commerce Manager to develop and maintain Standard Operating ProceduresEffectively complete other duties as assignedQualifications:College diploma or university degree in marketing or a related fieldMinimum of 2 plus years in an e-commerce sales or marketing roleProficiency in Excel (intermediate level preferred) and experience with marketplace seller portals, including troubleshooting and managing product listingsStrong data entry and analysis skills, with digital advertising experienceTechnical Requirements: Familiarity with tools and systems such as Outlook, Smartsheet, ERP, PIM, marketplace seller portals, and Criteo ad platformProficiency in MS Office suiteAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAptitude for problem-solvingThis is a full-time 18-Month fixed-term position working 40 hours a week on-site.
