Job DescriptionWe are looking for aTraining & Development Manager (m/f/d)Are you passionate about people development and training? Do you have the passion to set-up and realise own training measures? Then join us and strenghten our HR team.Your main tasks:Develop an annual training strategy and catalogue based on individual development plans of the employees, training demands of the departments and the global training strategy of the group.Drive the succession planning process and the related knowledge-transferIdentify and develop training concepts for specific target groupsPerform training session and workshopsGuide and assist the colleagues on all personnel development topicsImplementation and follow-up of coaching sessionsContribute actively to the onboarding program for new employeesExplore new training trends and best practices and adapt internal standards accordinglyOptimise training processes and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.What do we expect?Masters degree focused on human resources, psychology, business administration or any other related fieldAt least 5 years of professional experience in a similar roleExperience in designing different training and development conceptsAbility to deal sensitively with confidential materialStructured and conscientious way of workingPeople oriented mindsetExcellent skills in MS Office like PowerPoint, Excel and WordGood level in English, German and French.
