Job DescriptionPosteAs an Account Manager, come and join our team and perform with us. As a true ambassador, you'll have a direct impact on helping our customers and partners get the most out of their IT infrastructure. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and retaining the partners and customer base in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, in line with our sales strategy.You will put our values into practice on a daily basis :Customer FirstTake ResponsabilityInnovate for simplicityTeamWork for SuccessWork and PlayResponsibilities:Develop business with prospects (direct and indirect) and build loyalty among existing customers/partnersAnalyze customers' technical and business needs in order to adapt potential offersPromote the products and services for which you are responsibleSupport the development of the partner networkParticipate in responding to calls for tenderReport on each customer accountMeet and exceed sales targetsParticipate in trade showsProfile and skills5 years' higher education, ideally a graduate of a business school, with at least 3 years' successful experience in selling high value-added solutions.You have strong skills in Indirect & Direct channels.Have a flair for communication and negotiation.Be able to manage complex sales with a closer attitudeBe able to listen to customers and analyze their needs.You are organized and methodical, but also highly flexible.You are able to persuade your contactsYou are able to work both independently and as part of a teamFluent in German, English and FrenchThe extras that will make the differenceYou are familiar with the IT ecosystemYou are flexible and have already worked within a human-sized structure, knowing how to manage structuring projects and work-in-progress at the same time.You have a sense of humorWe are committed to promoting diversity within our company.
