About the jobWe are seeking a creative and digitally savvy individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing and Content Strategist. In this brand new role, you will utilize content provided by our creative team — including images, videos, and photos — to curate informative, professional and trustworthy content to educate new Forex traders globally.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy Development:Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.Identify target audience segments and tailor content to meet their needs and preferences.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.Content Creation and Management:Oversee the creation, editing, and publication of high-quality content, including articles, blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, webinars, videos, and social media posts.Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, and compliant with industry regulations.Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of content creators, including writers, editors, and multimedia specialists.Provide guidance and feedback to ensure the team produces high-quality content.Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.SEO and Analytics:Alongside the SEO Manager, implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and search engine rankings across our website, socials and app.Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies based on insights.Prepare regular reports on content performance and present findings to senior management.Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to align content efforts with overall marketing and business strategies.Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and industry experts to enhance content reach and credibility.Brand Voice and Compliance:Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and messaging guidelines.Ensure all content complies with relevant legal and regulatory requirements within the forex industry.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in content strategy, content creation, and digital marketing, with a significant focus on the forex or financial industry.Proven experience leading a content team and managing content projects.Strong understanding of the forex market, trading platforms, and financial regulations.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Proficiency in SEO, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with experience;Opportunities for professional development and career advancement;Collaborative and supportive work environment;Flexibility in smart casual dress code;Complimentary snacks and beverages available.TMGM
