DescriptionThis is a key role within the ULC VMO2 account .Manage the design delivery aspect of the programme to ensure that site design elements are being performed within KPIsEnsure design delivery and regional design managers have the knowledge necessary to clear dependencies swiftly , achieve client targets and where appropriate approve POs within project budgets to suppliers and from client to ULC.Build strong Client relationships and chairing Client meetings, representing the ULC brandFind efficiencies and improvements in internal and external processes.Check and oversee internal trackers and schedules in use throughout the teamInput site data into internal and client systems where requiredSign off and oversee the issue of method statements, risk assessments, Health & Safety Packs and Quality PlansAnalyse reporting data to understand if discrepancies are occurring and elements are not hitting KPI dates.Implement and approve rectification measures to bring the programme back within required KPI timeframes if necessaryEnsure that these rectification measures are implemented and monitored for effectivenessManage continuous improvement of the project team by the effective use of KPIs and Personal Development ReviewsEnsure workload of the team is monitored regularly and highlight areas where this needs to be managedEnsure that the procedures and requirements as detailed within the Company Procedures and Quality Manual are implemented at all timesWork closely with the relevant Quantity Surveyor to ensure they are aware of any financial impact that may happen within the teamLiaise with staff and operatives effectively and with respectUnderstand RAN Design and the associated dependency clearance to deliver a “clean” approved client detailed design
