Job Description
In your next role as Commercial Project Estimator, you will be responsible to pursue revenue growth for the O’Brien Building & Fit out Division by seeking out and responding to Measure & Quote Commercial opportunities.This will involve the end-to-end management of commercial opportunities received from the initial quote through to follow-up and job booking for the Sydney Metropolitan Area.About the role:Work closely with commercial customers to generate quotes and convert them to jobs.Work closely with Building and Fit out Manager, Projects supervisors, Planners and Branch Managers.Create new and maintain existing B2B customer relationships.Work closely with clients to obtain specific and detailed job requirements.Follow up quotes and jobs, to ensure successful coordination and delivery of projects including attending site meetings.Support team goals and achieve or even succeed set targets.About you:Glass/Glazing industry or trade experience.Experience in estimation of commercial aluminium windows, doors, and shopfronts.Ability to read drawings and plans accurately.Computer Skills including system knowledge in Logikal or equivalent.Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders.Technical Knowledge with exceptional organisational, customer service and communication skills.Ability to support the successful growth of B2B quotes.Benefits:Tools of the trade, including laptop, and iPhoneIncentive scheme on top of your salary and annual performance development reviewsGrowth and development opportunities across the businessOngoing training, support, and collaboration within the team and regionAs part of Belron®, the world's leading glass specialists operating in 35 countries, O'Brien® put our customer at the heart of everything that we do.
