Sourcing new opportunities across white-space accounts, through a combination of inbound leads and strategic research and outreach, before being moved through the sales process.As a Manager, your team is made up of 10+ inbound, or, outbound Individual Contributors (IC's), at varying levels of their sales and professional career; spanning from graduates to people making a career pivot or seasoned sales development professionals.Your focus will be strengthening the team's skills and capabilities, with the view to promotion, while driving revenue opportunities across a variety of industry and territories. Flexibility will be key, ensuring your team's efforts best support your partners adapting business needs, and adjusting course when needed.Internal partnerships will be a catalyst to success. Being closely aligned with sales, marketing, strategy, and leadership, with particular focus on your sales leaders teams as you build and implement corporate sales game-plan.Additionally, Data will be at the heart of everything you do.
