The Virtual Care Program is an exciting new area of health enabling and optimising the delivery of care closer to a patients place of residence.Coordinate and support Telehealth services, enhancing healthcare accessibility and convenience through digital platforms.Develop strong working relationships with clinical staff, healthcare professionals, patients, and administrative teams.Play a key role in improving patient outcomes by ensuring the smooth operation and accessibility of Telehealth services across various healthcare settings.The role:Provide coordination, support and training to clerical and clinical staff, to facilitate the expansion of Telehealth capability across different Department of Health (DoH) care settings.Work with clinical staff to ensure the smooth operation of Telehealth clinics and/or services across the region, including support and monitoring of video conference sessions, assistance with equipment setup, training and bookings.Note: - Please refer to the Statement of Duties for all the selection criteria of this position to address in your application.Details of AppointmentFixed term, full time or part time, day worker, positions working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.*notwithstanding hours may be negotiated with the successful applicantApplicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.Salary: $79,529 to $91,517 pro rata, per annum.
