We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Nottinghamshire to assist with the appointment of a Business Support Assistant, on a 2.5-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.Rate of Pay: £12.18 - £15.29 per HourResponsibilities:To work to defined business standards and processes; performing a wide range of business support tasks with due regard to confidentiality and safeguardingTo provide advice and guidance to customers, business partners and others on business processes and operational service issuesTo create, manage and manipulate information whether relating to finance, staffing information, customers or any other service requirement or eligibility criteria, this will include producing bespoke and complex reportsTo develop basic systems and processes to meet operational needs and to ensure the high quality of information heldTo undertake a range of financial support processes, including processing orders, resolving issues, reporting, reconciling accounts and handling cashQualifications:Good literacy and numeracy skills to NVQ 2 level or equivalentExperience of providing business support in a busy environmentExperience of data input and data management ensuring accuracy and where appropriate confidentialityPlease note:You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.You should have right to work in U.KDisclaimer: Brackenberry Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
