Due to an internal move, we have a unique permanent opportunity for an experienced Asset Manager to join our Regional Assets team based in Townsville.In this role, you will lead a team responsible for asset management, asset maintenance and supply chain management within a multi-disciplinary, geographically dispersed, and asset-intensive organization.Key duties include, but are not limited to:Deliver asset maintenance objectives in line with set KPI'sFoster a progressive safety cultureInfluence and engage in negotiations with key internal and external stakeholdersManage and coordinate the response to emergency situationsLead large operational and multi-disciplinary teamsRegular travel to various sites throughout QueenslandTo be considered for this role you must have:Extensive knowledge and skill in managing maintenance and construction processesHighly skilled at providing senior leadership and strategic guidance within a multifaceted operational environmentHigh level of financial management skillsHigh level of skill in the implementation of change management strategiesYou will have proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a large organization.
