This includes managing license agreements, amendments, distributor agreements, sales representative agreements, NDAs, legal notices, and other documents related to promotions, toy sales, and licensing activities. The Contracts Manager will ensure these contracts are negotiated, executed, and managed effectively to protect the company's interests and drive successful business outcomes. This role acts as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters, working closely with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Negotiate and finalize new contracts, renewals, and amendments, collaborating with legal counsel, sales, procurement, and business stakeholdersMaintain a centralized repository of all active contracts and related documentationMonitor contract performance, compliance, and milestones to proactively identify and resolve any issuesCoordinate with internal teams to gather and organize contract-related information and dataProvide regular reports and insights on contract status, risks, and opportunitiesDevelop and implement contract management policies, processes, and best practicesServe as a subject matter expert on contractual terms, obligations, and commercial requirementsAssist with dispute resolution and contract terminations as neededIdentify areas for contract optimization and process improvementsQualificationsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field3+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, or commercial operationsStrong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to analyse complex contractual termsKnowledge of relevant contract law, industry regulations, and best practices related to distributor, sales rep, licensing, and promotional agreements, preferably in connection to licensed consumer products or toysCore Competencies:Quality OrientationEthics and IntegrityTime ManagementPlanning and OrganizingAccountability and DependabilityAttention to DetailResearch and AnalysisCommunicationTeamworkEnergy & StressAdditional InformationApplication Process:Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining why you are a good fit for this position.
