Check out our career website to learn about our amazing culture and our commitment to employee wellness and engagement.Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting all marketing activities, specifically sales enablement and training programs.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupport the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing advertising and public relations programsEngage in continual evaluation of marketing and business development plans as well as tracking the ROI of initiativesManage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programsCollaborate with other departments and key stakeholders on cross-function projects Fulfill and coordinate sales enablement tools for the sales team(Flyers, swag, business cards, parts, kits)Procure and manage marketing inventories of sales collateral, promo items and branded clothingCoordinate procurement and distribution of samples, cutaways and other sales enablement materialsMaintain marketing library of images, presentations, videos, etc.Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programsAnalyze monthly sales training data and award monthly winnersAssist with budget tracking for the marketing department (managing vendor POs and invoices)Qualifications, Skills, and Educational RequirementsBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field1-2 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or project management roleStrong organization, communication, and project management skillsProficient with time managementAbility to react and decisions quickly and efficientlyUnderstands the importance of being highly communicative with freelancers, vendors, and colleaguesMust exude a team player and helping hand attitudeHandle time sensitive situations and multiple demandsAbility to be flexible with daily schedulePhysical Demands and Working ConditionsWork at North York office as per hybrid policy (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Diversity and Inclusion:Diversity at Mevotech means that as an organization we provide the opportunity to employ a diverse team of people reflective of the communities in which we operate.Mevotech believes the diversity incorporates all of the elements which make individuals unique, and we celebrate the infinite differences.
