If so, join us and become part of an innovative, open-minded culture that values enthusiasm and encourages different perspectives.Please send your cover letter and CV via jobs.luFor further information visitFor our growing team in Luxembourg we are currently recruiting for the position ofSenior Fund Accountant (m/f/d)Primary responsibilities:Performing regular accounting closes and NAV calculations for SICAR, SIF, RAIF and unregulated structures with a high degree of accuracyTake a leading role in preparation of annual accounts and liaising with external auditorsPreparing high quality management reports, capital account statements, investor reports and various other reporting for limited partnersClose collaboration with and direct reporting to the Conducting Officer of Fund Administration, Valuation and AccountingResponding to ad hoc requests from other departments as well as managementProactively contributing to process improvements and developing new systemsSupporting external tax consultants in connection with U.S., German, Luxembourg and other tax filingsVarious other fund administration duties as requiredCandidate profile:Excellent academic credentials, university degree in accounting or equivalent qualification with a minimum of three years’ experience in accounting for alternative investmentsAdvanced knowledge of Luxembourg GAAPProactive team player able to work independently in a cross-functional teamInterest in working across multiple departments and learning new functions (investment controlling, RTA, risk management, etc.)Excellent organizational skills and motivation to meet deadlinesDemonstrated ability to perform high quality reviews of other’s work and ensuring consistently high quality work while also performing in a preparer roleThoughtful analysis and problem solvingProficient in Microsoft Excel and AccessStrong written and verbal communication skills.
