Apron weaves neatly into your workflow, and tightens it up, turning hours into minutes.We are backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, Index Ventures, with participation of Visionaries Club and the founders of Melio and Klarna.What you’ll doActively suggest product improvements to enhance user experience and drive innovation, working closely with product managers and cross-functional teamsApply relevant tools like interactive prototypes or user journey maps to identify and address problems, and know when to apply them effectively in the design processCreate intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that align with best practices in UX/UI designContribute to and help maintain a design system that promotes consistency and scalability across the productStay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging design patterns to ensure the product remains competitive and innovative.Continuously seek feedback, review design processes, and implement improvements to enhance the design workflow and deliver high-quality products.Collaborate with UX researchers to gather user insights, analyse data, and translate findings into actionable design improvements.RequirementsSolid understanding of user-centred design approach.Having good interpersonal skills.Portfolio of 2-3 cases that showcase your ability to deliver high-quality results.Have 3+ years of experience in UX design in a B2B spaceBenefitsCompetitive salary and stock optionsExciting product and a team that exemplifies customer obsessionFully expensed techFlexible holidays and flexible WFH policyApron
