You will translate these requirements in functional and technical specifications detailing the designs, configurations, installations or updates needed. You will work in agile organization with the framework SAFe.Key accountabilitiesCollect and understand the business requirements and translate those into functional requirementsEliciting, analyzing, and documenting non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaAnalyze interdependencies of functional and non-functional RequirementsCreate source/target mappingsCreate functional solution designs and gather the estimation costsCreate and support conceptual and logical data modelsCollaborating with architects, developers, testers, business analysts and product owners to ensure alignment with business objectivesParticipating in Agile ceremonies, such as PI, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Understand the Enterprise Architecture methodology / conceptEnsure technical team have everything in their hands to succeedDefine acceptance criteria together with the business stakeholdersSupport stakeholders during their testing phase and analyze the reported issues and identify bugs, issues and change requestsSupport and advise stakeholders in their data governance and managementCollaborate with stakeholders on business and technical sideYour skills:At least 5 years of relevant experience in IT job & agile delivery expertise.Experience with Data Modeling (Hopex is a great plus) & Data WarehousingExperience with tools for requirements management, such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar softwareExperience with Agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly SAFe.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processesAbility to communicate efficiently with technical and business stakeholdersStrong expertise in Functional Analysis and Requirement EngineeringKnowledge of testing methodology and toolsFluent in written and spoken English and French.
