Position summaryJoin Our Team as a Customer Facing Supply Chain Manager (Parental Leave Cover - 12 months)Are you ready for a new opportunity to make a significant impact? We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Facing Supply Chain Manager.In this role, you will have the chance to drive innovative and sustainable supply chain solutions, manage a team, and be the key escalation point for a key customer and internal stakeholders representing the customer.This position is a parental leave cover for 12 months, working 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) at the customer office and 2 days per week (Monday and Friday) remotely.A Day in the Life...As the Customer Facing Supply Chain Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Customer Solutions and Customer Supply Chain.Your main responsibility will be to drive innovative and sustainable supply chain solutions for competitive advantage and lead dual supply chain efficiency projects within our key strategic customer - Coles.You will actively manage performance specific to Coles to ensure strong on shelf availability of Nestle products, develop SLAs and business efficiency projects, conduct regular performance reviews with the customer, and identify root causes of service failures to drive continuous improvement.You will lead a high preforming team of five to delivery key KPIs ensuring we meet customer needs and expectations.You will collaborate with various internal teams to develop and execute joint business plans and act as a key customer link back into Nestlé functional areas.What will make you successful?To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position.You are an accomplished leader with strong business and commercial acumen, preferably with exposure within FMCG, Sales, or Supply Chain.Your interpersonal and networking skills are exceptional, allowing you to engage and influence at senior to executive levels.You are a strong communicator, quick thinker, problem solver and work to understand root cause analysis to drive continuous improvementYou have a proven ability to develop people and thrive in high-pressure and ambiguous situations.Experience in Customer Service and/or Sales, along with a strong commercial understanding, is highly desirable.Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft tools is also required.Applicants must have full Australian working rights.
